Where can I get a small back pack which will attach to the back of my MOLLE plate carrier?

I have a plate carrier and would like to arrange something similar to a 3-day assault pack on the back of it and attach it to the MOLLE straps on the back of the carrier.

Backpack aren't take to attach to our plate carrier. They go over it.

I don't see why you'd demand to carry the extra weight around if you're not going to use the plate for its' actual purpose.
